At Wild Grove, we want you to love your botanical skincare, but if a product isn't the right fit for your skin, we offer a 30-day window for hassle-free returns. All items must be at least 50% full and in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the skincare products in their original boxes and secure them in a shipping mailer to prevent any leakage or damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
